1. Notes

-your first concern is defence
-rush build Praefect Is every other turn
-getting an event-based Praefect III early on is great

-your first objective is the Rebel Base in the Bottom Left-Hand Corner
-you need to have at least three Praefect IIIs to protect your expeditionary stack
-eight Praefect Is should be able to defend your home base

-your second objective should be the Invader Base in the Bottom Right-Hand Corner
-NOTE: There is a secret base on a peninsula that you can also take at this point

-Elephants are the primary reason you should have a large garrison

3. To Cloners

-The AI in Civ2 crashes when trying to maneuver around blocks of untouchable units. Therefore, you should either give it the ownership of the houses or allow it to destroy them.
-I have represented the roads, fora, fountains, plazae, gardens, and shrines using the terrain files.
-The houses are represented with immobile units.

The unit graphics used are by BeBro, Alex Mor (the Magnificent), and Erwan. The rest of the graphics are from the excellent Caesar II and the pathetic Caesar III developed by Impressions and published by Sierra. The data files are based on the ones in Roman Riots I, which are in turn based on Paul Cullivan's End of the Bronze Age.
